Lines always busy

I have tried to speak to someone in connection with a debit order from Vodacom which is not mine but all the so called avenues to contact don't seem to work. Tried ***** department and after waiting 10 minutes gave up. Tried my private Banker and also no answer. I declined the debicheck when it first came through but still it came off my account. I stopped the debit order and reversed the debit order (which I have to pay for) and low and behold today another sms to say a new debit order from Vodacom. What must one do to get any service from FNB. Secure chat can't help and lines always busy. Pay for a Private Bank account and don't see any rewards for doing so.
