***** line service non-existent

FNB sent me an SMS that there are "suspected *****" on my account. I have been trying to call them on the number supp**** to me in the SMS. I have been cut of during the call 10 times! Literally 10 times! I have been on the phone in total for more than an hour (just to be cut off). The quality of the call, and this is on FNB's side is extremely poor, I cannot hear them. They do have my number, because you supply it, yet they do not phone me back.

By the way, this is the ***** line......
