LIMITS INCREASED BUT TRANSACTIONS DECLINED

Tried to pay for my holiday on bookings.com, initially it said increase your international limit I did. I received messages to say it has been increased but when I try to make payment it declined 4 times after and I guess you'll be charging me for those declined transactions. I tried chatting to a banker I was number 105 ... and I'm still waiting for someone to chat to me. Like really? Looks like you're not coping maybe you have too many clients and it would be nice to move to a provider that actually has service
