Limit Exceeded - or not!!
FNB is by far the worst bank for businesses thaat need to make payments on time. I know for a fact taht my online payment limit is set at R50 000. After have=ing made one payment of R2400, my next payment of R21000 was rejected due to me exceeding my daily limit. I then naturally want to check my limits as to why I have exceeded my limit, but this SERVICE IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. I decide to try again another day. Same issue. I then try to pay from a mobile device, also exceeds my limit but at least there it gives me an option to change my limit, but it asks for my carn number and pin, which I enter only to hear that it is incorrect. I ONLY HAVE ONE CARD and I use it regularly to swipe so I know my pin is correct. Turns out I need to enter my SAVINGS ACCOUNT card for verification on my BUSINESS CHEQUE ACCOUNT??? I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A SAVINGS CARD!!! So now, I miss out on special prices set by my suppliers as I cannot pay in time, and I get rated as a bad payer since my useless bank wont let me pay my accounts, or set my limits! IF YOU OFFER A SERVICE, MAKE SURE IT IS AVAILABLE, OR DO NOT BOTHER TO OFFER THE SERVICE!! If this happens one more time be sure that I will be moving ALL MY BUSINESS to a bank capable of servicing thheir customers.
