LIKE SERIOUSLY, ARE YOU COMING OR GOING?!?!?!?

Who actually knows what is happening? Does FNB train people in Timbuktu and others in Cambodia because every time I have called 4 times in the past hour about the SAME THING and everyone has their own special version on how to resolve my query but none of their brilliant ideas have proven successful. I need a settlement letter for my outstanding temporary loan. Jane Doe1 told me that she needed to escalate to admin for them to send me the letter. John Doe 1 told me that my account had been handed over and gave me the Legal team number; where 2 different consultants told me they could not pick up anything on my ID number. I go back to FNB. John Doe 2 tells me that he can see that my account has been handed over but he needs verification of my card number before he can send me the letter. Uhmm..did you not just verify my ID number and my cellphone number? Even your own IVR asks for either an ID number or card number. Why are you so special that you need both? At that point I am beyond livid. I demand to speak to his superior and he proceeds to tell me that he is working from home and will request superior to call me back. I absolutely refuse to take that and demand a number where his superior can be reached because I know without a doubt that FNB never follows through on their promise to callback. He then gives me the number *** claiming it will go directly to his superior but of course the number doesn't go through. Again I go back to FNB and Jane Doe 2 asks me to hold while pulling out my details an immediately proceeds to transfer me back to the IRV. John Doe3 answers and puts me through to an extension that requires a password. WHAT PASSWORD? I HAVE NEVER USED ANY PASSWORD FOR ANY OF MY FNB TRANSACTIONS!!! Just send me the blooming settlement letter and stop annoying me!!! why is this such s mammoth task? Ai man yesses!!!

This is nonsense. You sent me an email saying someone would get back to me shortly. Please enlighten me. How does your establishment define "shortly"?
That was the only hogwash I received. I was also given a number *** which goes to an entirely different department. This brings me back to my initial statement: ARE YOU COMING OR GOING? The 1st consultant at that department said he was transferring me to you... and BOOM, I go to another department...wait for it... that department says you don't have a number but only an email address. Why do two people working for THE SAME COMPANY tell me different stories? Clearly you are all clueless.. Oh, and the email you provided *** does not bother replying. WHAT A SURPRISE!!!
