Like its a favor !

This is just sad why work when you are so miserable?!and have no client service at all?!u ask for help when printing your bank statement at the self kiosk and then u get ignored u ask for paper and don't even get a response when u walk into the door you feel like you are asking this person to do you a favour.this is by far the worst service I have ever recieved at FNB .i urge the managers at FNB to remove this lady at the door or have a serious word with her about her attitude pity I couldn't get name!i will never return to this branch that's for sure
