Like hitting a brick wall

Hi, just to to let everyone know how very very \useful\" FNB business banking is.

In December 2015 (probably around the 17th, its been so long ago I don't even remember). Our residential area is looking at a closure and our application with the CIPC finally came through, thought that was the biggest hurdle that we had to cross before everything can just get on the way, then, came FNB, opening a business account with them meant signing 4 forms, with all 4 directors, then the FICA process and so forth, all standard right? until every document I send through is just simply \"not good enough\" (ID copies looks like, and I quote, \"cartoon characters\", share holding is missing, date is missing, fixed that, then its an NPC which means no share holding...) and this goes on and on, every call I make to the call center, I get a new story, then someone contradicts that story.

FNB must have an entire team of bankers that have civil engineering degrees and an entire team of customer service agents with degrees in Architecture, They are really good at building all sorts of walls, one taller than the last and then they hire people to \"encourage\" you to \"try\" and jump them.

OMFG!!"
