Light at the end of the tunnel

I just had a very unpleasant experience with FNB Short term insurance regarding a claim on one of my motor vehicles, than I spoke to Sarah who a Promise that she will get back and never did, but finally there was some light at the end of the tunnel when I spoke to Themba Ndaba who actually listened made some follow up calls and came back to me with answers and did not even keep me on the light for very long thank You Themba
