Lifestyle protector account

A lifestyle protector account was added onto my online profile account without my consent, i did not ask for it or know what's it about. Now i have to waste airtime calling departments asking about something i didn't ask for. My revolving loan account is still showing on my profile, which should have been removed. I also want to remove the share investor and the PayPal account but no i can't remove those too. i have to call people who going put me through another people who I'm won't be of any help at all. im told it takes 90 days to remove the revolving loan account from profile by the person i was talking to on the secure chat.
