Lifestyle Protection Plan FNB

Today I contacted the secure chat to find out about an unknown transaction with *** on my credit card. Sinazo told me to contact the ***** dept. When I called the ***** dept i was told it was a debit order and i should call the no on the back of of my card ***. When I finally got through after i had to punch my ID no 3 times before it was accepted. I was told this transaction was a subscription and not a debit order. I was given two options: 1. Contact the ***** dept, or 2. Cancel my credit card. I told the lady i was not going to that as i had already spoken to the ***** dept. So i decided to google this reference and found out it's a Lifestyle Protection Plan from FNB. NO ONE at FNB had a clue that this was one of your products. Imagine if i had a claim? Clearly I would be given the smame run around. This type of service is pathetic and unacceptable. This has left me with no choice but to cancel this policy and take my money somewhere else
