Life Premium Not Deducting + Clueless Customer Service Agent

My funeral life cover policy - fnb fi*** - premium was not deducted on the 1st April.

When I called the Call Centre Customer Service on the 6th and spoke to an agent called Chris...to say the least, he was clueless as to why the policy did not deduct.

And I followed up again on the 7th, and the phone was answered by him again...and this time around he kept me hanging for over 10 to 15 min listening to that "irritating sound".

All I wanted to know, was why the debit order did not deduct...and FNB through it's systems and agents is provided substandard service
