LIFE POLICY: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE BANK WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have been trying for over two weeks to review my life policy with this bank, though chats support on apps, emails, phone calls, and messages through the policy itself, since then i have not been able to receive help. this is a reason if you want anything to do with good customer support stay away from FNB.there are very poor and the agents will just put your though to no where on phone without any directions.
