Life Policy being debited from my credit card

There has been a debit coming off my credit card since inception that I picked up on about 2 weeks ago. Im told it is a life policy going back to 2014 Aug

I have called and logged a call, ECCR3 CMX AS *** 137786.176 544

I originally spoke to Nicolene who said that the call will be retrieve and I would have a chance to listen to the call as well.

Its going on 3 weeks.

I called again today, got hold of Audrey(Thank you will see how far this goes) 11.26 who said that she would get to the bottom of this.

This is the worse case of being pushed around. I spoke to so many people today, got hung up on and God know what else.

Is this FNB? is this the calibre staff at FNB
