Life insurance waiste of money ****

So..seems fnb staff doesn't understand the plain English language...

So I am going to tipe slow..for you to understand My wife HAD a life INS policy..covering dread decease....she was diagnosed with cancer..and after up and down with these undertrained uneducated overpaid illaterate staff..phoning them..mailing the forms over and over..and over...and getting now where...we decided to cancel the policy as it's a waist of money..they made no attempt to find out why she was canceling..they made no attempt to investigate the claim..so...

The life policy was canceld due to your poor service...my wife has since then changed her account to a diff bank..she no longer banks with you..and I will be changing over this weekend...it might not be a big financial loss for fnb..but we don't support this kind of customer service
