Life insurance

Hi there was a deductible amount of R300 and something in my account I don’t know what it was for then the following day it was R900 and something for life insurance and funeral . Which I then later or the next day paid it back but today when I woke up they told me that I i did not pay but they didn’t replace back my money I paid
