Life cover rejected for home loan application - no reason or feedback given

App**** for a home loan application with FNB and my current life insurance (with a 3rd party) is more then the home loan amount yet my life cover was rejected by the bank. No feedback has been received from them even though I have tried to contact them to ensure all is in order. There has been no response to my emails and no calls made out from them to myself.

The developer is lodging documents next week and now I have this stressful issue to deal with and no idea where to turn to sort it out.

How can we help you they say, yet no help what so ever.
