Life cover policy refund

Canceled the life cover policy with FNB because they failed to keep their promise of not debiting my account in the next two months only to find that was debited from the first month from taking the policy, asked them to cancel the policy & they promised me a refund, still waiting for refund till today when I call they take me from pillar to post like a headless chicken.
