Life cover I did not ask for!

I am very unhappy with the way FNB handles matters of my account and I am planning on closing that stupid gold cheque account. I have a payment arrangement with them for my overdraft facility and I pay it in every month. my account is overdrawn, and they have been sending me sms notifications about section 129. claiming to have contacted me about the matter. I spoke to an agent only to find out that they have added a life cover of which I did not agree to. (I want a call record of me agreeing to this!) I am going to take FNB to the banking ombudsman! I have had it!
