Life cover debited 3 times

I replace the normal life cover with a customized one now the I've been debited three times the customs debited and the normal one debited twice, called in for an hour in that hour I m being transferred and either put me on hold to find out they transferred me to someone else now have to start over explaining what happened. the other lady said I must reverse it but I asked her whos gonna pay for the fee. Can someone from the Life department sort this out a refund me my money by today already wasted a lot of airtime calling and being sent around the whole call center
