LIFE AND FUNERAL POLICY CANCELATION

I have tried calling FNB life for about 2 to 3 weeks now and no one, and I mean NO One answers the phone through to cancelations. I am frustrated because they were quick and convincing when I joined at the branch. I went back to the branch (Lenasia) asking for help that I should cancel but they told me I need to call FNB AGAIN! Of which I did and until now I never go through. Please help me I am absolutely frustrated with this. I just want to cancel those policies
