Lies of FNB

I had a pay protect cover with FNB and i was told i got approved for my claim as i was retrenched. They bank is refusing to help me and tells me that i cannot claim as my retrenchment period was not over yet but yet they told me i was approved for my claim. The lies the bank told me and i was never told about the waiting period and i did not receive my contract either for the policy.
