LIES LIES LIES _ I WANT TRUTH!!!

WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN!!!! AGAIN!!!!! I am extremely angry with FNB, their consultants don't know what the hell they sell. I was told that I have been approved for an overdraft and that it will be released as soon as my salary was deposited. I was told this by not one but 3 different consultants (and even have the voice recordings to prove this). I have been on the phone for over 40 mins just being transferred as NO ONE can help. I have just been told that the overdraft can only be released in 6 months. I cannot believe that such a reputable bank just blatantly lies to their clients. I moved over because of service and it seems that I have to yet again complain. I have been on the phone for 46 mins and have been transferred to 11 different consultants and still no resolution and am tired of this DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! I can't believe that FNB JUST LIES AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!!! It's not like banking is free. I feel like I keep wasting my time and I am a professional in a professional industry.
