Lies, lies

So I've been here before concerning my refund from fnb after the ***** case. I still have heard nothing they email me and say someone will be in contact and it's over a month now and nothing. I mean really how do I recommend this bank to anyone. After this email I suppose I will receive the same feedback.. someone will contact me. Hahaha what a joke we must put all our trust in this bank and this is how we treated. I had to take loans so I can pay my bills now I'm in that debt this is truly not right someone needs to be held accountable. ****ed off
