Lies from FNB

I was applying for the loan online on my online banking, during the application i was approved for 43000 and the loan gave me an option to consolidated the loan, i click on the foschini account and capitec since this are my only dept then i reduce the loan to 17000, after i submitted my application i was sent a pre agreement contact and about an hour or 2 hours i read the loan i realised i made an error to consolidate since i was not applying to consolidate but i needed the money, i called the private banker and unfortunately she was not available and i was assisted by a banking analyst and i informed them that i need to cancel my loan and reapply since i made errors while applying and i was told it cannot be reversed since the loan has been paid, and remember this was on the very same day about 2 hours after i apply, however i can ask the company paid which is foschini and capitec to pay me back if am not in arreas, i called Foschini and ask for refund and i send all documents to them, that is when i got a reply from foschini that they called FNB home loans and FNB home loans instructed them not to pay me back, remember this are the same ppl that said i should contact the companies and i will get refund, please help me....
