Lies false advertising

<p>I orderd a mobile devise from F N B Connect and was approved over the phone they then sent me a confirmation SMS and a rep phoned me confirming that the deal has been approved and I was told that I would receive my devise within 3 to 5 days with great anticipation I waited for the SMS concerning my delivery .I then got a SMS with a code for parcel to be collected and got to the delivery site and to my dismay two simcards no device. I the proceeded to the nearest branch @ forresthill shopping centre there the client service advisor was helpful phone fnb connect and explained my story to them they told him that I was not approved</p>
