LIES DECEIT AND THEFT FROM FNB!

I am distraught and exceptionally dissapointed with the lies, deceit and low morals by FNB to make a quick buck.

I have been offered an upgrade to a fnb private fusion account and was told clearly and i qoute: you will never pay monthly charges if your account remains at R100,000.00 or more. That was rest assured a privelage that is given if your account remains at R100,000.00 or more.

From July 2020 FNB without my consent debits me a monthly account fee of R385.00 per month to date after *PROMISING TO NEVER PAY MONTHLY CHARGES* if your account remains at R100,000.00 and during a pandemic they lie and do this to you when we as clients suppose to be taken care of the most!!!

They did not tell me that this can change in the near future. They **** to me to make a sale on me and now im paying for monthly charges when my account has been stable on a certain amount!!!

This is absolute ******* and i want all that money re-imbursed to my account for 6 months!

If not i will take out a law suit against fnb on this regard and i will change my banks. Not only me but all my family members, i will close there accounts and move to another bank.

Lies deceit and extremely bad service!

My private banker gets back to me after a few hours only to tell me pricing has changed but i was promised that nomatter what changes or happens, if i have a certain amount then i will never pay monthly account charges. And now here i am paying R385.00 per month for 6 months *WITHOUT!!!* my consent after being promised never to pay.

This money shall be reversed or my lawyer will get imvolved.

FNB has the right to pull the records of when i was offered the upgrade to hear the promises made to me if i have a certain amount and now during the worst time ever when my business is down, they change pricing and decides to take a monthly account fee from me!!!

What ******* service is this!!! and what lies from fnb that they will look after you, instead they promise lies to make a sale then during a time like this they ***** from you and blame it on price changing. Then dont promise something you cannot keep your word to fnb. Inform your clients that this is subject to change in the near future. DONT LIE TO MAKE A SALE WHERE IM PROMISED TO NEVER PAY MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEES IF MY ACCOUNT STAYS AT A CERTAIN AMOUNT THEN JUST START *****ING FROM ME!
