On 9 April I got a email from FNB asking for an ID document for my second credit card. Which was initially supp**** anyway Ref ********** 7. I then send them the requested document and received yet another email on 19 April asking for the same thing. I then lodged a complaint with the premier banking department about this on the same day. They eventually decided to get back to me on 9 May stating they did have the documents and apologising for the inconvenience ref REF: ********** 8_ ********** 65. Today I received a email that they have now suspended the credit card because they don't have the documents!! On top of this they have started spamming me with sms messages to move my debit order earlier as my salary gets paid earlier than the debit order. I have never asked for this nor is there any benefit to me whatsover by doing this, and is likely to result in penalties down the line if my salary happens to be paid late
