Lies and Empty promises

I reported a ***** case with FNB within 24Hrs and was promised to be called back within 24 - 48 Hrs but case was resolved without FNB calling back and getting the full story from me/Client which was a shocker and ********** transactions were never reversed as promised. This means we are losers with FNB. their service is not good and i'm really not impressed being their client for more than 15 Yrs.
