Lies and deception, about Covid Cashflow Relief by FNB

I was contacted about a previous review, but now, even while sitting with the cash relief document in front of me, they say that it was only a top-up of some kind because the initial amount was not enough, and they can't give me any answers and even though it was them that was in the wrong this has resulted in me having to pay nearly double the premium each month which is worse than having to pay the premium in the first place, even if this was only a top-up they could have at least revert it to my account details so that the premium goes off and go in arrears. I still need answers. This is unacceptable.
