lies and deception

FNB kept billing me for debit orders I put in a stop for, I called them to stop my insurance debits, I warned them I will close the account and they should refund my charges, no response from fnb . i asked them to close the account a month ago and they keep it open so they can continue to ***** my money. they should just close the account and not *****.
