LIES AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE

FNB ***** line is absoluteky useless. Absolute nightmare IF you have to reverse a transaction there is a time hold. I tried to do it after a company took double payment.. They have SO MUCH SHLEP THAT BY THE TIME YOU HAVE FILLED IN ALL THE FORMS the time hold expired, and they cannot help you. I'm moving back to Nedbank.
