Lies after Lies

On the 28 of May 2021, an amount of R950 went of my acc with a Ref Indo Africa that I didn't know about. I called and enquired about it, the lady also didn't know the place and I was told to log a ***** matter, of which I did. My card was canceled and I received a new card. I was told I will get feedback within 14 working days. After 14 workings days I called again, I was told that I will receive a letter after 24 hours. I'm not sure if I I'm expected to call again to finally get feedback. This is my last time following up, if I don't get assistance I am moving to another back that will value me.
