Lies about eBucks rewards and Bad customer service!

I Bank with FNB and Love the bank but This time around they have proven to not have any customer care. I switched my home loan to FNB and I promised that I will get my Initiation fee back in eBucks which did not happen. I called the call center and the agent at Home loans transferred me to eBucks and the agent at eBucks sent me back to home loans and the agent dropped the call. I opened a chat via the app they routed me to eBucks where they said they cant help they logged a query with Home loans *** where the chat was routed to Nono who said she is checking my profile so she can assist, I waited for a response but she instead dropped the chat. another agent Maikano then transferred be back to home loans where Zanamuhla took the chat and never rep**** with anything helpful she asked me why did I contact eBucks in the first place while I sent her all my chat history. I never thought I would ever rate FNB a 1 star at this stage I should have kept my home loan with ABSA at least they don't lie and their call center is useful.
