Lies

Today I went in branch to apply for an emergency loan and was assisted and approved for 7000 but only took 1500 as that is what I desperately need. I signed the agreement and accepted the debi check mandate yet it's 15:00 and no feedback, people say they decline loans if it takes this long but why was I approved before, this is very disappointing as these funds are really needed.
