Lies

I recently complained that I do not get credit offers and Sales confirmed that I have a account that reflecting negative on my profile.This is not the case I checked all bureaus and Cellc is not on profile.I have banking with Fnb for years .My credit profile is solid with no negative listing. Please close my account because I am getting no joy in banking with you .
