FNB has **** to me and had me open an account with false promises I opened my account 9 years ago with the promise of a funeral policy I have now been informed that this policy does not exist nice one I went to see my branch manager and he Mr. James ***ley has not had the decency to call me back and has given instruction that if I come back to the bank I must see a consultant so much for this attitude towards his customers and also inform me that they have the right to change the terms of or agreement and if I don't like it I can terminate the agreement and that I may not change the term of the agreement they can but I can't a strange way to do business LYING CHEATING ****S this I in breach on the consumer act they have made promises under false pretenses
