License renewal-Bad

I was recently so excited because there is a way to renew your car license disc via the FNB app . I told all my friends from other banks how great my bank is , only to feel embarrassed. I wanted to renew my disc early to avoid any fines , but the app said that I couldn't renew it so early. Rhen 5 weeks ago I renewed it . The app acknowledged that they received my documents and are in the process to renew it . It has now almost been 6 weeks with no feed back . My license has now expired and I will now be paying fines on the toad , at work and when its renewed. I have phoned all the numbers and emailed all the email addresses my branch and the app has given me but no reply and no aswer . I just want my money back so I can goxand renew it myself . I knew this feature was to good to be true.
