License disk renewal

I started the process to renew my license disk with FNB NAV car online on 21 November 2020 then they sent me an sms to say there is a fine that is blocking my disk and on the sms there was a number to contact.the number does not get through. I have paid the fine that was blocking my disk a long time ago but when I check it still says I’ve got a block I sent an enquiry online but I have not received a response.
