License Disc Renewal

My Name is Annie, contact number : ***, I renewed my license disc via the FNB App on the 30/11/2023, I've never received any tracking response regarding the delivery, I had to make follow ups via secure chats on the 14/12/2023 and was directed to *** , I even called their number on *** and spoke with Sipho who referred me to *** and their what's app number *** with my details, which I did, I have been following up since then, there's been no response and I have already paid the required amount of R633.00 and to this day I haven't received any feedback, no response. Out of desperation, I even called the What's app number, unfortunately no answer, even the What's app I sent to them on the 20th, only the automated response.
