Liaison Officer Problems

Good afternoon I have been battling for two weeks to get all my documentation ready for the attorneys as I am busy with SOD (substitute of debtor). I forwarded all my documentation to the attorneys what I send to FNB for the granting. The problem started with my proof of residence. My water and lights only had my first initial and not my second initial. I was told by the attorneys that the FNB liaison officer will not give them go ahead. I then made contact with the liaison attorney from FNB Maritza Ferreria. I explained to her the problem over the phone and also told her I do not have any accounts what is the next step. Her advise to me was the attorneys can do a site survey or any account with physical address and her full initials will be acceptable it does not have to be water and lights. I have then provided my copwatch security account which has my p.o. box and street address and my full initials aswell . Maritza came back and said it need to come through the post. I did not understand that as all accounts get emailed today because of all the ***** and problems. I then emailed her and asked why can this not be accepted. She then send me the full document of Fica. I did not asked for this as I am aware of what is required by fica. The fact the this document with all my details was not acceptable after she told me it will be ok. I am not at home all the time and I know with site survey I also need to be there. That is why I went out of my way to get an account to make it easy for the attorneys and myself. I feel this is not acceptable seeing she is the decision maker and she is now delaying my instructions because of a proof of residence. I place this comment because I am sure some of these liaison officers think they have the power and can do what they want instead of rather supporting a client of FNB. Now I will have to do a site survey with the attorneys what is so unnecessary and inconvenient. I hope FNB senior management take note of this problems.
