Letter of prescription

The credit bureaus refuse to remove the prescribed account because of the "closed" status stated in the FNB letter. Also remember that you failed to amend the payment history on the credit bureaus, which would be sufficient proof of prescription to them as well. Ms Lesego Malatse only accepted my defence and challenge of prescription on email dated 14 December 2021 and did not write "prescription" in the letter. Kindly amend the letter to indicate that the account prescribed.
