Letter of Gratitude

Im really appreciative from the work ethics i noticed on two occasions upon visit the FNB Westgate branch, on the 9th and 13th September 2021. With a very long queue, i noticed a lady by the name of Pearl Mampane,she has been so enthusiastic in managing the clients on the queue and providing great assistance. This is just my testimony that she has shown great leadership skills and love for her work.
