You keep on warning us about keeping ourselves safe from ********** and then do the exact same opposite to us when you phone us !!!! When you phone me and If you need to speak to me about ANYTHING relating to my bank accounts - you have my details - you have my profile open in front of you - you know who I am, you know my entire history - I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE !!!!!!!!

You need to authenticate yourself when you speak to me and want my information. Telling me your name is Lorraine and you are from F.N.B. and that this call is being recorded - any ********* from anywhere in the world could be phoning me - HOW WOULD I KNOW ??

When is FNB going to get it that 1980's style of your clients authenticating themselves to phone calls is so last century ??
