Lets bombard you with pre-approved credit that you dont need, but refuse to change from Cheque to Fusion

My wife is trying to change from a gold cheque account to a gold fusion account with literally no change in the amount of credit. They are pre approving her for a R300k homeloan, R10k personal loan and a R12k gold credit card, but they refuse to grant her a Gold Fusion account because of her "credit status". There is no request for additional credit, and they FNB App shows her credit status as "light green". They offer her more than R300k in other unwanted credit, but they refuse to give any assistance as what they expect her to do to get approved for a Gold Fusion account. Pathetic service does not even begin to describe FNB.
