Let down by FNB after using Fnb for 6 years

Unfortunately my check account was deactivated and I won't **** I was contacted and advised that's its will be deactivated because I haven't put money on the account because everytime there is money on the account its dissapier and I was never assisted regarding that matter, they kept telling me I should use my app to reverse. Therefore I asked to be given a day then I will come to the branch due to living in rural area, however I did go to the branch on the day I promise to come but my card was already deactivation I went to Stanger branch and ask to reactivate my account and advise them about the money that has been sent to this deactivated account, they told me that there is nothing they can assist me with then I try to go to ballito branch its total closed in ballito junction now I can't travel to Durban its too far for me, is there any one who can assist me from fnb ***
