Lesego Moshugi

I met with Lesego at the East Rand Mall Branch on Saturday the 6th of Jan and Sunday the 7th. I was hoping to go to FNB to get good solid advice and I definitely did. FNB - Please look at getting your agents based at branches direct access to the call centre. We needed some assistance and it was extremely frustrating that we had to go through the normal channel clients go through, which really isn't great, you hold for long periods of time before someone answers the phone (if any one does at all)
