Lerato Kodisang - THANK YOU

calling FNB is a headache for me but today my perception was slightly changed. I called in to assist my spouse as his being debited monies everyday from Avis that we are not aware of. I knew there will be a slight language barrier and miscommunication but because the previous agent insisted to speak to him (which is process) I allowed him to drive the call. I was listening in and a call was taken by Lerato Kodisang. It started shaky as anticipated but surprisingly she was calm, patient and extremely helpful. I am not used to professionalism from FNB agents but Lerato was just amazing. She sent us the necessary documents to dispute and although i am not happy with the TAT for the investigation, I am happy that we got the steer and empathy from Lerato. Thank you Lerato, you are an asset to the company. You deserve a promotion, its time. All the best and thank you once again.
