Legal Status

I've app**** for a temporary increase in my overdraft limit and then got the following message:

Due to arrears on your account, your existing FNB Credit Card has been moved into a legal status. Until this
matter has been resolved, we will not be able to issue you with a new credit card and/or any additional debt.

I am NOT in arrears, the card is still active and in trying to resolve the matter I was transfered from the one person to another and still no resolve. (Ref ********** ********** ). This is the second time something like this has happended to me at FNB and it took me months to sort out !! Making it really difficult not to consider moving.

Thanks Deffnie. It is not a legal card issue anymore but apparently a homeloan. Can FNB please forward me the summons or the legal notice?
