Legal services are a **** don’t do it

I would just advice everyone not to take up that will and legal services they offer, it’s been almost a year since my moms passing and the fnb lawyers have been giving us the silent treatment regard us finalising her estate. We were referred to someone who has said that he no longer works for fnb last time we contacted him, we were then directed to another lady who has not even bothered to eat back to us or answer her phone when we try to make contacts. We can’t even cancel it and do it on our own and the estate bills are accumulating and this is really an inconvenience for us. They prey on our parents but don’t give out the full information now when they gone as the beneficiaries we have to beg them for services that they promised to our parents.
