Legal, Risk and Compliance Department Not Available

Legal, Risk and Compliance Department is not unavailable from 27th December, I have been to the branch and they tried almost everyone in that department and no one answered their phones. Philip Smith from the department placed a hold on my account and we are unable to reach him and no one from the branch can help with the issue, I also contacted the risk call center and they informed me that they can't do anything and transferred me back to Philp Smith and his number goes to voicemail. I really don't understand how this can be acceptable by FNB? Surely someone can help with this issue or give a response on a possible resolution. 40min on a call with FNB with no resolution and spent over 2 hours at the branch?
